The sole purpose of collecting personal information is to provide tailored occupational therapy services. We maintain client files as per legal requirements, keeping adult records for at least seven years and children's records until they turn 25, following which they are securely destroyed.

Client information is used for therapy planning, documentation, and billing. We may use de-identified data for quality improvement purposes. Information is disclosed only when legally required or with your explicit consent.

Confidentiality and Security

Your confidentiality is our priority. We store your data in Splose, a secure practice management system with robust encryption and security measures. Splose may be integrated with third party billing and communication apps in order to improve services. Access to your information is strictly controlled and is only shared under specific, legally mandated circumstances, such as risk of harm or subpoena.

Client Consent

By engaging with our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time with written notice to our practice.
